What is my product arrives at room temperature?Updated a year ago
Each order of Visbiome® is carefully packed in an insulated box with ice packs and a specialized temperature sensor monitor.
The temperature sensor monitor is specifically calibrated to our product with wax and red dye. In the event of the package being subjected to excessive heat during transportation, the wax will melt, and the red dye will be released, causing the dot at the center of the monitor to change its color from white to pink or red. If this happens, follow the instructions on the temperature sensor monitor and email us a picture of the temperature sensor monitor at [email protected] and we will send a replacement order with expedited shipping.
Visbiome® may arrive at or around room temperature with the ice packs melted depending on ambient conditions during shipping. Always check the temperature sensor monitor when the package arrives. If the dot is white, the product is good to use.
Please note once the product is delivered it can be at room temperature for up to seven days without adversely affecting the potency of the product.
