How do I change the date of my next subscription order?Updated 4 months ago

How to Adjust Your Shipping Date:
  • Log in to your account.
  • Under my account, click on: “manage your subscriptions.”
  • Update your next shipping date by clicking on the existing date. A calendar will appear where you can select your new date.
  • ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Click on "Update all future orders based on selected date.”
If your current processing date is from the 28th-31st of the month, you will not be able to change the date on your end due to end of the month processes and will have to reach out to Customer Care to request assistance with changing the date.
