Can I use my HSA/FSA card to place an order?Updated a year ago

Visbiome is an eligible purchase via various medical accounts (e.g. HSA/FSA/MSA, etc.). However, Visbiome is classified as a medical food. Certain card providers will decline the purchase when placed through us, ExeGi Pharma the makers of Visbiome since we are not a pharmacy.

In this event that this occurs, you would need to contact your card provider to see if they cover medical foods and/or if Visbiome has to be purchased through your local pharmacy.

If you still want to purchase from us you can, but you would have to use a different card and then request an invoice to submit for reimbursement with your insurance.
